Exchange Policy

Timeframe – Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Condition of Items – Items must be new, unused, and have all Bã Bay brand/price tags attached. Damaged, unhygienic, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility – Customers are responsible for the item(s) until they reach our store. Please pack securely to prevent damage or tampering.

Inspection & Approval – All returns are inspected before approval and must meet our quality standards.

Exchange Options – Exchanges are allowed for alternative products, subject to stock availability. No extra charges apply if the item passes inspection.

Refund Policy – No cash refunds. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued as a unique code for future purchases.

Price Differences:
~ If the new item costs more, you must pay the difference.
~ If the new item costs less, no refund will be given, and the difference is forfeited.

Unsuitable Returns – Items that fail inspection will be sent back at your cost, and no exchange will be provided.

Delivery Charges – Customers must cover delivery charges for exchanged items.

Processing Time – Exchanges take 10 days to allow for return shipping, inspection, and processing.

Exchange Packaging – Once approved, items must be returned in their original or securely sealed packaging, with all tags, labels, and the original invoice included. Failure to comply may result in your exchange being denied.

International Orders – No exchanges for international customers. All orders outside Sri Lanka are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
